Our Manufacturing Services
Whether you need a single prototype or a production run of 1,000+ parts, we provide fast, reliable manufacturing with engineering-focused support.
Industrial SLS Nylon Manufacturing & Functional FDM Parts
3DP MFG provides production-grade additive manufacturing services for mostly, bridge production, low-volume manufacturing, and some prototyping.
Functional FDM Manufacturing
Engineering-grade components.
SLS Nylon Manufacturing
Production-grade PA12 nylon parts.
Production SLS Nylon Manufacturing
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) produces strong, durable nylon parts without support structures, making it ideal for production applications. Good for applications which require parts to have high strenth, mecahnical stress, impact, abraision, and wear resistant properties.
Functional FDM Parts
FDM manufacturing is ideal for larger components, engineering prototypes, manufacturing aids, and low-volume production.
Applications We Support
Robotics & Automation
Custom brackets, cable management systems, end-of-arm tooling, sensor mounts, and automation components.
Industrial Equipment
Machine components, replacement parts, housings, fixtures, and assembly aids.
Aerospace & UAV
Lightweight structures, brackets, covers, and prototype flight hardware.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between SLS and FDM?
SLS uses powdered nylon to produce strong, support-free parts with excellent mechanical performance. FDM uses extruded thermoplastic and is often best for larger, cost-sensitive components.
What quantities can you produce?
We are best suited for printing small parts the size of a hand/fist or smaller in quantities from the 100's to 1,000's.
What materials do you offer?
PA12 Nylon (SLS), ABS, ABS (Fire Retardant), ASA, PETG, PETG-ESD (Electro Static Discharge safe) and PLA are our core offerings. There are many other materials we are able to print but do not print often. If you need a specific material, please ask and we will figure if we can print it or not.
What industries do you serve?
Cloud Manufacturing Platforms, Industrial automation, robotics, electronics, aerospace, UAV, automotive, and general manufacturing.
How quickly can I get parts?
Standard lead times are typically 3–5 business days, with rush options available to get parts as soon as next day.
